‘Unlike any other gym I’ve ever known. Staff are dedicated and committed to your whole health and wellbeing and often go beyond the call of duty. The infra red sauna is superb and helps so much with my pain and skin issues. Very reasonably priced as well for what you get. Can’t recommend them highly enough’

‘I suffer with lower back pain and a friend recommended the infrared sauna at Health Shack. I visited today and loved it. The staff were really friendly, as I was shown to the sauna, as it is downstairs. There is also a stair lift for anyone who has mobility issues. I spent 30 minutes in the sauna and it was very relaxing. The heat has really helped ease the pain in my back, it feels so good.
If you suffer with any muscular pain, I highly recommend you to try this. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks Health Shack!!’
